“Teach” Anyone can improve their fitness level no matter what their physical condition may be. Discipline, commitment, and nutrition are a vital component to a healthy lifestyle. My focus is on proper form and strength building in order to avoid injury and attain your physical goals. I am a wife, mother, 5th grade teacher and most commonly known as a “Chingona” which is a spanish slang term for BAD ASS. My fitness journey began October 2016 where I began training, weight lifting, and eating clean. I lost 70 lbs by April 2017 and am determined to not allow my age or physical abilities interfere with my goals. I enjoy traveling, Zumba, and Spartan races.
